Bright large two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, featuring a remodeled kitchen, comfortable furnishings, large garden, ground floor patio with equipale dining set. A cool, shaded seating area is located along the south side of the casa. The large mirador room has one of the best views of the lake and west mountains, is fully screened, with a small wet bar, fridge, toilet, ceiling fan, blinds. Furnished with a table that can sit 6, sofa, tub chairs and side bar, chairs, the mirador is easily accessible by external stairs.

There is also a seating area outside the mirador room that provides 360 views

of the lake and mountains.

On a corner lot at the quiet, north side of El Parque, the front of the casa faces east, which keeps it cool in the daytime. We have recently installed solar panels to support careful use of the air conditioners. The casa has ceiling fans, two air conditioners [main bedroom and living area], king size bed with memory foam topper, queen guest bedroom suite, ultraviolet-light water filter, Weber gas BBQ and is renovated throughout.

All-inclusive rent includes Wi-Fi, telephone, electricity, fibre optic internet, and water. IPTV streaming service is included, or you can bring your own firestick or Roku. You pay maid, propane gas and excessive use of electricity. This is our home, so you should find everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, to linens, and pool towels.

No smoking, no pets.
