Casa 6 is a beautiful, recently remodeled home situated close to the security gate in El Parque Condominiums. There is a new solar system and 2 NEW AC/HEAT split units installed that will provide you with reliable AC in the summer months. This Casa also has an large upper mirador with a covered palapa that is furnished and has a bar fridge & Weber Propane BBQ. Along with the great views and beautiful sunsets over Lake Chapala our mirador provides a great space that backs onto the Lakeside Little Theater parking lot -- very private, quiet and with no neighboring miradors.

Our home comes with all the offerings other casas have in El Parque -- gardeners, cleaning staff, etc. There is a beautiful king bed in our master bedroom and a queen size & single bed in our oversized second room. Both of our large bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, large closets and are very comfortable. In our master bedroom there is also a fully supplied office desk workstation with all the office supplies needed including a color printer.
