Located in the beautiful, sought after condo community of El Parque in San Antonio Tlayacapan, this lovely, large (1650 sq ft), furnished, one-level, detached home has two large bedrooms and two baths.

The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower (no tub), and both bedrooms are equipped with overhead ceiling fans.
The unit also offers a spacious living room, a separate dining area and a utility room with a washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave (no dishwasher). There is also a coffee maker, blender, full set of dishes and cutlery, many glasses and cups, good kitchen preparation knives, a food processor, Ninja blender with attachments, Keurig coffee machine and a dual air fryer. The unit has two-stage water filtration, but the tenant is responsible for purchasing their own potable water (water service delivers to the door).
The beautiful, lighted mirador offers western sunset/mountain views, two covered areas, a propane gas BBQ, lounge chairs and a dining set. There is also a very functional glass/screened-in front porch that overlooks the community’s common amenities, and it is outfitted with a ceiling fan, privacy screens, a large sofa and rocking chairs. The tenant will also have access to the exclusive-use driveway adjacent to the unit.
El Parque is a gated community with 24-hour security, a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse and exercise room. It’s in an ideal Lakeside location, within walking distance to Super Lake grocery store, Walmart and Laguna Mall, as well as a variety of health and beauty facilities and abundant dining options.
The rental price includes the city water charge, a once-weekly gardener service and a property manager’s services to ensure that the tenant is well supported during their stay. Also included are use of the Telmex fiber optic internet, a 55” Sony smart TV, a landline phone with 100 free calls per month within Mexico/USA/Canada and a Bluetooth Alexa speaker.
Smoking is not permitted, inside or outside the home. A small, well-mannered dog(s) may be permitted, with prior approval from the owner.
The tenant is responsible for all electricity costs and must also refill the propane gas tank to the original level of 80%. Additionally, the tenant is responsible for maintaining the home in a clean and tidy fashion and must abide by all El Parque visitor/resident rules.
